Notes On Bar Code Printing On PET Rubber Box

- May 03, 2018-

The barcode of PET glue box has one dimension bar code and two dimension barcode. There are many bar code codes, such as one dimension barcode, UPC code, EAN code, 39 code, ISBN code and so on. Two-dimensional bar code is developed in view of the shortcoming of small information capacity of one dimensional bar code and the ability to reduce the area of bar code to resist pollution. It is different from one dimensional bar code in that the text data can also be barcode, and the data can be used not only in English, numbers, Chinese characters, marks, characters or even empty words. White can also handle information storage up to 1100 digits (one dimensional bar code has only 15 digits). In addition, two dimensional barcode can also use encryption technology, so that the anti-counterfeiting performance of commodities greatly improved.

In addition to the regular bar code, there are some new bar codes, such as the stealth bar code, the bar code and so on, while the bar code technology has the convex code and the flat concave code. No matter which method is used, the printing quality is good. In conclusion, there are mainly the following aspects:

(1) controlling the size error of bar code is the guarantee of improving the first reading rate of the reader and reducing the error rate of decoding. This will not only improve the quality requirements of plate making, printing or printing, but also improve the tolerance requirement of the reading device.

(2) printing must strictly control printing tolerance, otherwise it will affect the effect of reading.

(3) there must be some requirements for the edge roughness of barcode, and when the roughness is too large, it can not be read.

(4) in order to ensure correct scanning and literacy, PET glue box, the bar code printed on transparent packaging should be neat and clear and without obvious defects (defects), empty symbols have no residual black spots (stains), and the maximum diameter of common defects and stains should be less than 0.4 times that of the narrowest bar code.
